Re: Hockey 1 to 4 Development Program
Coquitlam Minor Hockey has utilized RPM for over 20 years. During this time RPM has provided a variety of services that include Power Skating, Coach Clinics, Player Evaluations, Hockey skills development, Strategic Planning and more. For the last 5 years RPM has delivered our Hockey 1 to 4 Development program. We have seen significant results in player development and in particular the
improved abilities and effectiveness of all of our coaches. There is no doubt that our association is benefitting directly from this program. RPM’s staff are highly skilled, motivated and professional. Coquitlam Minor Hockey has made the Hockey 1 to 4 program and integral part of its hockey development strategy. RPM is and will continue to be the provider of this service. Mike Buonassisi, President and head Coach Coquitlam Minor Hockey Association
Hi Jerry (and the other fabulous instructors) The hockey 1 to 4 clinics and those directed to the older divisions from all accounts, were incredibly useful and very well run. I know that my son and daughter enjoyed them and it was exciting to see their improvement. I have also noticed a change in our coaches’ confidence. Having that extra body out there on the ice, to run ideas past, to ask questions of, etc, was really helpful. Thanks again! Warmly, V.Britton New Westminster Hockey 1 to 4
Everything I have heard so far has been very positive. I have talked to Mike Bounassisi about the program we have set up and he is happy that things are going so well. I’d like everything to keep going on track as planned. Doug Avigdor Hockey 1-4 coordinator Coquitlam Minor Hockey
Everyone has been very happy with the services they have received. The support provided to our Hockey 1 to 4 coaches has had a positive impact on our association. Our coaches are better prepared for on ice sessions, make better use of assistants and they are delivering a highly technical skills program. Rick Darocha, Coach Development Co-ordinator Burnaby Minor Hockey
I would like to thank you for what is the beginning of a great change for North Vancouver MHA. The work you provided our association Hockey 1 to 4 made a significant impact to NVMHA. Coaches liked the support, gained their confidence and had a good understanding of what we require from them. I look forward to further developing these programs and would like to meet with you to talk about how to expand our training. C. Norman Development Coordinator North Vancouver MHA
I wanted to thank Tony for the excellent practise last night! Very positive comments from the coaches parents and players. Even this old dog learned a few new tricks (things)! Look forward to your next session. T Smith Hockey 4 Cloverdale MHA
Re: RPM Hockey Company
To whom it may concern, Coquitlam Minor Hockey Association has utilized Craig Millin and RPM for 20
years. At the beginning much of the work was provided directly by Craig Millin as the owner of RPM. With
RPM’s popularity and growth it became obvious that RPM would have to expand the staff and expertise
required to handle the growth and maintain the quality and work associations had come to expect from RPM. I have seen a significant change to RPM’s staff in the past 8 years. The expertise and quality instructors that Craig has in his stable do a great job and are highly motivated, certified and professional. Hats off to Jerry, Rory, Tony, Robin, Keith, Jordan, Mark and others who have done such a great job in carrying on the RPM tradition. It is without any hesitation that I strongly recommend RPM to any association wanting to implement player, coach and association development. Mike Buonassisi President Coquitlam Minor Hockey Association.
