RPM’s goalie development programs instruct to the unique needs of each goaltender. Utilizing each participants natural athletic abilities and unique qualities helping them to further develop their skills enabling them to move from one level to the next! Goaltender’s are taught all skills and techniques related to current trends in goaltending by professionals who have played and coached the game at the highest levels. Program content includes lateral mobility, recover, save selections, puck handling, positioning and crease movement.

A minimum of 2 (maximum of 4) goaltenders requirerd to run the program.

Please register 5 days prior to the start of the program. 

New to RPM - Eric Williams was drafted in the WHL draft by the Prince Albert Raiders, where he played 40 games as a rookie and won Rookie of the Year & Scholastic Player of the Year. He finished his 4 year WHL careen with the Spokane Chiefs, making playoffs in all 4 seasons. 

Eric played in the ECHL for the Colorado Eagles and the CIS for the UBC Thunderbirds. 

He played for the North West Giants of the BCMML, where they won the League championship. Eric played Jr B for the Ridge Meadows Flames where he finshed 5th in GAA and 3rd in SV% as a 16 year old.

Academy Volunteers! You may notice that we have several young volunteers assisting RPM Staff during this program. These volunteers are from the Pacific Rim Hockey Academy they are not paid staff they are students who assist and support our instructional staff. These volunteers earn academic credits for volunteering, work experience and grad transitions. Their involvement is part of our Academies Personal Growth and Leadership Mandate
