RPM Safety Guidelines & Protocols - Update - Oct. 30

Hi to all,

Parents are no longer permitted in the arenas as spectators to watch our on ice sessions.

At Pitt Meadows - Parents are permitted to help their child get into the facility and on the ice they must then vacate the arena until the session ends they can then return to the arena and pick their player up. RPM can also allow 5 parents into the arena to watch the session. Parents wishing to sit in on a session can contact Holly directly at [email protected]

Just a quick update to advise that RPM has and continues to remain in Phase 2 of our return to hockey strategy while organized provincial sport (minor hockey) has moved to phase 3. RPM is operating as it did last August with strict physical and social distancing. We have no organized play or contact and we are not having spectators group while watching our instructional sessions.

Participants are asked to come dressed to the rink in their gear and we strongly recommend that players avoid bringing water bottles into the facility preferring players hydrate prior to their on ice session and immediatly afterwards.

RPM has been operating for the past 16 weeks instructing to over 400 players each week without any issues! We plan to keep in that way.

RPM remains focused on skills and drills - no game play - our safety guidelines and protocols remain in affect until further notice.

Visit RPM online for specifics.

Thank you for helping RPM provide a safe return back on ice.

Thank You,
-RPM Hockey Company

Impact of Covid - RPM Academies

RPM has been able to modify its academies to fit within the new academic timetable, ensure course requirements, safety guidelines and protocols have been met.

The impact of Covid has forced RPM to to adjust our academies in a variety of ways to meet the needs of students, players, parents, PHO, BC Hockey, Hockey Canada, schools, school districts and municipal rinks.

Our academy fees were set last December 2019 and with Covid arriving in March we have been impacted in a variety of ways due to increased Covid costs with no opportunity to adjust our registration fees.

All Academies will be offered as is and academy fees will remain as originally advertised.

Academies & Instructional Programs - Note as of October 1st, 2020 RPM may offer a Covid credit we will no longer offer a Covid refund.
