RPM - Update March 28, 2020

Posted Friday March 13 14:42 by Craig Millin

Dear RPM Clients,

Update - RPM is in a holding pattern until the Pitt Meadows/Planet Ice Rinks re-open. All RPM instructional programs & our Spring 3-3 League will be delayed we are working behind the scenes with the rinks to ensure our programs and league will start as soon as the rinks re-open.  Make sure your account is subscribed if you are unsubscribed you won't receive our communication.

The safety of our players and families are of the utmost importance. In response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic we recognize that this is a fluid and evolving situation. Recommended guidelines will continue to be updated and we will be following along closely and communicating to our clients as we know more.  Please review the information below.

RPM Program Design & Delivery

As per policy - RPM reserves the right to modify our services as needed this applies to our programs, leagues and academies. RPM will make every effort to provide programs as originally planned. We recognize that there may be instances out of our control that may require us to adjust program start dates, times, format and fees. Or RPM may choose to extend its Spring programming into June/July. It is RPM's goal to work within these changes and provide the services as best we can. Example - modifying a program or league and adjusting client fees from a 12 week - to 10 week - to 8 weeks and so on depending on available ice or extending the programs into June/July.

Parents & Players are anxious to get back on ice and will expect RPM to provide what we can.  RPM is working behind the scenes to make sure that once the facilities re-open our programs will be up and running.

We will continue to monitor the situation with health officials and continue to update everyone at the appropriate times.

Thank you,

RPM Hockey Company
