Placement in our programs is not guaranteed until full payment has been received by our office. Payment arriving on time is the responsibility of the Parent or Guardian, RPM is not responsible for delays of any kind. Incomplete, partial and non paid registrations run the risk of being replaced by paying customers. RPM does not agree to hold a spot for parents and players upon verbal communication, emails or voice mail, only those participants who register online and pay in full will be guaranteed placement within our programs.
When attending RPM sessions Parents are required to remain at the facility until they are sure RPM staff are onsite. Once the RPM staff are onsite RPM will accept responsibility for the participants during the session. Parents are encouraged to remain on the premises during all RPM sessions and parents accept responsibility for their child(ren) once their session ends.
Registrations are accepted on a first come first served basis. For that reason RPM accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express and Interac Debit E-transfer.
All communication is provided via email when registering; be sure to provide an email that you can access at any time. All RPM/Academy communication will be provided in email format. We are not responsible for the email address you choose. Emails may be sent from our office at any time. For that reason it is the responsibility for the client to determine when and how to best retrieve these emails. RPM/Academy cannot be responsible for your ‘junk mail’ or ‘spam’ folders which may re-direct our correspondence.
Online Registration and Payment must be received by our office prior to the start of the Hockey Program(s) - NO EXCEPTIONS. Players will not be permitted on the ice the first session without online registration and payment in full.
This information, material and content provided in the pages of the Site (the "Information") may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. Registered participants will be notified of changes to programs they are currently registered in.
Administration Fees: All NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheques will be charged a $25 Administration fee.
Confirmations: Registrations will be confirmed via email by RPM once payment has been received & processed.
Reminders & Schedules: Detailed schedules will be sent prior to the program start date, it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they know the start times of the programs they are registered in.
Receipt: You can access your receipts anytime by logging into your account and clicking on 'Billing'. Your cancelled cheque(s) or credit card statement is also your receipt.
Fees: All fees are in Canadian dollars.
Refunds & Letters of Credit: A request for a refund of registration fees paid must be made two weeks prior to the start date of the program, any refund provided are subject to a $50.00 administration fee. These does not include our hockey academies which are subject to refunds as outlined when registering.
Letters of credit may be issued for situations deemed exceptional by administration. This includes medical requests. If a credit is issued the credit must be used within one calendar year. Please note RPM Hockey Company and Pacific Rim Hockey Academy reserve the right to deny a request for a refund.
Deposit (provided with application/registration) is fully refundable up to June 30. Requests for Deposit refund must be sent to [email protected] before June 30. Academy deposits are non-refundable after June 30 regardless of when the application was submitted.
RPM accepts monthly payments for the Hockey Academies as a convenience to parents. Should a student withdraw from an Academy once it has started, all refunds are at the discretion of RPM. It is the parents responsibility to notify RPM if their child is withdrawing.
Pro-rated refunds are only considered prior to the upcoming months. For example: withdraw October 10 - no refund for October but refunded for November on. No refunds provided after the 1st of the current month. Request for refund will only be considered prior to the 1st of the coming month.
In all cases it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to email [email protected] regarding a possible refund.
Injuries - longer than 3 weeks - fee's will be pro-rated.
Refunds are not provided for any student removed from the Hockey Academy for poor behaviour.
If Hockey Academy payments are not in 'good standing' students may have restricted participation.
Hockey Academy gear is non-refundable nor exchangeable and RPM reserves the right to substitute all products.

Individual Registrations - Full refund up to Feb 28. Once individuals are placed on a team, refunds (-$50 Admin fee) are only provided if another player registers & replaces player withdrawing. No refunds after April 1.

Occasionally we will have parents who place their children in the wrong program and need to be transferred to a more suitable program. A request to move to a more suitable program must be made prior to the start of the second class no exceptions. RPM cannot guarantee that we will be able to transfer you from one program to the next.
Please Note: RPM is not responsible for the selection you make regarding our schools. RPM is not responsible for those who miss our programs due to their own schedule or timetable errors.
RPM reserves the right to cancel any hockey school(s), re-group or re-schedule players based on ability and enrollment. RPM offers programs tailored to meet the specific needs of C level and Rep level players. Please give careful consideration to the program(s) you select for your player.
We require players to be on time and ready for each on ice session. Players should arrive with ample time to get dressed and be ready for the start of each session.
Please Note - RPM Hockey Company Ltd. reserves the right to use any photos/video footage taken during our programs for advertising and/or instructional purposes. If for any reason you don't want to be included please let our staff know.
We the applicant and his/her parents or guardians agree that RPM Hockey Company Ltd. it’s owners, directors and instructors along with the ice arena, recreational facility and it’s employees are not liable for nor held responsible for any incident or loss however caused and agree to release same from all claims or damages. We further agree that the applicant has no medical problems and is in good physical health and that we will be responsible for all medical and dental claims and/or insurance. RPM Hockey Company Ltd.reserves the right to use any photos taken during the programs for advertising and/or instructional purposes. Players are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times failure to do so could result in removal from the schools.
