Trusted by BC families for over 46 years for our experienced instructors, proven teaching methods, and positive, player-focused environment.
Since 1980, RPM has been a trusted leader in hockey development, providing a comprehensive range of programs and services to players, coaches, and organizations throughout British Columbia.
As a year-round operation, RPM works closely with Minor Hockey Associations across Southwestern BC, supporting player development at every stage. While summer hockey schools remain a key part of our foundation, RPM has continually evolved to meet the growing needs of today’s players, families, and hockey communities by offering consistent in-season development and support.
Our on-ice programs focus on teaching and developing all core skills, delivered at the appropriate level for each player. Beyond player development, RPM is committed to strengthening the game at every level. We provide coach education through clinics, classroom sessions, and mentorship, helping coaches build confidence and effectiveness in their roles.
For associations and executive teams, RPM offers strategic planning, organizational support, and operational guidance, recognizing the increasing complexity of managing minor hockey programs in today’s environment.
Over the years, RPM has expanded its programming to include initiatives such as New to Hockey programs for young children, 3-on-3 Spring and Summer leagues, and a wide range of development opportunities designed for players from beginner to elite levels.
What has remained constant is our approach.
RPM has built its reputation by consistently delivering high-quality instruction both on and off the ice. Much of our growth has come through word of mouth—a reflection of the trust we have earned from families, players, and organizations over more than four decades.
Our programs have helped develop players who have advanced to Junior, collegiate, European, and professional levels, but just as importantly, we take pride in helping every player improve, gain confidence, and enjoy the game.
For over 46 years, parents and players have described RPM as professional, structured, enjoyable, and a valuable learning experience.
We remain committed to delivering consistent, high-level technical instruction, while staying true to the values that have defined RPM since the beginning.
