As with all businesses RPM incurs upfront expenses to provide our services. RPM makes commitments to facility ice, instructional staff, equipment and administration.
Clients who register for our programs are holding a spot within the program. It is unfair to hold a spot have RPM turn away other interested clients and then withdraw from the program with little or no notice which impacts our ability to deliver our services.
For that reason, RPM requires clients to provide us with adequate notice of their withdrawal. This may provide RPM with an opportunity to fill a vacated spot.
Program Refund – RPM requires a 10-day minimum notice of a program withdrawal from the start date of the program to provide a refund less our administration fee of $50 (credit card & administration fees)
Credit – Those who withdraw from our program and don’t provide RPM with the 10-day minimum notice of withdrawal will not receive a refund but may be offered a credit to be used within one calendar year. This is done at the discretion of RPM’s administration and not a given.
RPM is not responsible for the selections you make regarding our programs.
RPM is not responsible for those who double book themselves or their children or have schedule conflicts or forget to attend our programs.
It is the client’s responsibility to know the start dates, times and locations of the program they have selected.
